Shipping

Every order is packed by hand and handed to USPS within 1–2 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email the moment the label prints.

Rates (United States)

• One tee: $5 flat, USPS Ground Advantage, typically 3–5 business days.
• Two or more tees: free shipping. One for you, one for your person.

We ship to all 50 states, PO boxes, and APO/FPO addresses.

Outside the US

Not yet. This first drop is US only. Follow @wearthe1different to hear the moment we open up international shipping.

Address mistakes

Double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email support@the1different.com right away; if the order hasn't shipped, we'll fix it. Once it's in USPS's hands we can't redirect it, and we can't refund orders sent to an address that was entered incorrectly.

Lost or delayed packages

If tracking hasn't moved in 7 days, email us and we'll open a trace with USPS. If USPS confirms the package is lost, we'll replace it or refund you.
