Returns and refunds

We want you to love this shirt. If it isn't right, you have 30 days from the day it arrives to send it back for a full refund.

What qualifies

• Unworn, unwashed, and in the condition you received it.
• Returned within 30 days of delivery.

How it works

1. Email support@the1different.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply within one business day with the return address.
2. Ship it back with any carrier. Return postage is on you unless we made a mistake (wrong size sent, damaged in transit, or a printing flaw). In that case we cover it and make it right.
3. Once it arrives and we've checked it over, your refund goes back to the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Email us before you ship it back. This is a small first run, so we'll hold the size you need while your return is on the way, as long as we still have it. If we're out, you'll get a full refund.

Wrong item or damaged on arrival

Send a photo to support@the1different.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you, our cost, no questions.

Sale items and gift cards

Final-sale items and gift cards can't be returned. Everything in our first drop is full price, so this doesn't apply to you today.
